MoCo Council passed the BEPS regulations on Feb 25, 2025

Montgomery Council unanimously passed the BEPS regulations today!

Montgomery County is now among the 11 jurisdictions that have an active BEPS process in the US, and the second largest local jurisdiction after New York City. This is a major achievement for the county. More information in the staff report.
